Today i was Banned for telling the members on the server that u have a guy in your clan who break your OWN SERVER RULES! and i have battlerecorder running so i can prove that i was right!
So if u not will do anything about this - i will for sure report it to a guy i know in EA . And i can prove by my battlerecorder that u guy broke our own rules as a fighting commandor!

Mate - as soon as u have a ranked server then the EA BFROE will take place. ALL ranked server HAVE to follow EA's BFROE.
And still "If" it was your own server rule then members still can breake theese or ?. That will not be good advertising for the Clan  |

Mate, first of all, the BFROE doesn't forbid a commander to fight, it is a rule that we have to prevent noobs and unexperienced players to fight and neglect the commander duties
Still when the servers have few men on it we allow under our supervision the commander to fight in order to help his team, even if he isn't a member of our clan( any players that stick around on our server can tell you that). As for reporting to EA you are most welcomed to do it but I assure you that none of their rules hasn't been broken.
As for the ban you got it probably for adressing injuries to the server or our clan, still showing interest might get you rid of it. We will post here if the ban is lifted.

Thats not posted anywhere on your server rules?
But lift the or not actually i dont care - and when u just throw ban's for saying your oppinon i cannot play under that secomstances |

My Clanmate is banned from your server. But just I managed it to register at this forum. His Name is [Y]Tabris. He, [Y] jochen187 and me often played on your server, thats wy it's very sad for us that [Y]Tabris can't play on it anymore. I'll post his masage to you.

Hallo. Ich war gestern auch zur selben Zeit auf dem Server und kann mich an Tabris erinnern. Allerdings weiss ich nicht aus welchem Grund er gebannt wurde und in der Bannlist steht auch nichts. Werde mal bei Gelegenheit bei den Headadmins nach dem Grund fragen. Kleiner Trost: Der Bann ist temporär und läuft am 27.03.08 um 10 Uhr aus!

Tabris we know that you and your friens are playing often on our server and we are glad, becouse you are good players. The ban is temporary and will be lifted after few days. You have been banned becouse you didn't respect one of the server rules ( even you are old on the server and you should know all the rules - in fact you can't miss them they are big and orange and more specific the one that says : NO BASECAMPING. You have been warn many times about this but you still do it. In our acception basecamping is when you stay hidden around the flags with no intention to take them and kill the players who are near flags. This can happen ofcourse when you and your team try to take the flag and kill the enemies first , but in your case it was only you who was found many times in these positions. This kind of play isn't in the interes of a good team game and this is why we have that rule. In that specific game when you have been banned more admins warnned you to stop basecamping but you didn't listen and therefore the ban. As I said the ban is for one week only and we will lift it so you can play, but this time we hope that you will try to follow the rules.

I just took the pain to register myself on this poor page to tell you what a buttwipe you are.
You threw yourself in front of my bomber, enforced a teamkill and then punished me for it! When I then called you by what you are --> asshole,
you kicked me for violating your childish rules which I obeyed the whole time before this incident.
You are really the king of gaylords, even the lamest bunch of bunnyhopping kiddie admins always had the balls not to kick someone for hard language after a (so-called) admin has enforced a teamkill.
By the way: You need to correct your nickname, bomber is spelled b-o-m-b-e-r - an alternative would be ... I spell it for you : g-a-y-l-o-r-d.

first of all this message only proves that I was right kicking you.
And second , I didn't kicked you becouse your language, we are tolerant with this if it isn't very offensive, I kicked you becouse you don't have the common good sense to follow the rules , good or bad - after all we pay for the server not you- and you took the plane even if you found me there waiting like all players do. SO WAIT IN LINE FOR VEHICLES - is a rule that u will be surprised to find on almost every server.
So when u next time enter any server be sure to read those line that appear on top of the screen and says : RULES, and follow them. Otherwise u will get kicked.

Thank you for your answer - or should I say : alibi ?
As I already mentioned, it was a bomber : 2 seats. There was a place in it for both of us. Of course it could be possible that you wanted to be the pilot, but I am sure that - with the "common good sense" you claim to have, there are others ways to communicate your desire to be the pilot than to throw yourself in front of the starting plane.
Your excuse is a poor lie - you claim to be a man of honor, but you are nothing than a despotic admin who thinks who can bend his own rules because he pays for the server. In fact you REALLY can, but it won't bring you respect or friends. I can tell that because I am one of four leaders of our own clan, and we have members who also kick/ban people from our server for napless reasons - and me or my fellow clan leaders are the ones who have to deal with the complains in guestbook or forum.
Nevertheless: My apologies for my harsh words in my first post - I still mean what I said but I could have found other words than these insults - I was very angry this evening.

Celsi, if you remember, I got on the plane and steped out when I saw that you don't. If you saw me waiting you could guess-and I'm sure you did- that normally I wanted to be the pilot. If you wanted you could swich and let me, that was waiting for about 5 minutes there. But instead you chose to take off. The only reason I throwed myself infront of the plane was to see your name. I don't despotic administrate the server and we are quite generous when it comes to kick/ban someone. But when you have the rules displayed big and orange and someone just don't bother to read them, or worse to respect them, I think you would take the same actions. You should know that if your clan has a server. And just for saying, I was kicked from server with explanation that you could find at least hilarious : I was kicked by an admin, for waiting for a plane on carrier( how their rules said) and when I got it, in the detriment of an admin I was kicked. ( expl: go fight someoane not just wait for plane!)
So, kicked for not respecting the rules? You should be happy for not being kicked for respecting them!( I am kidding ofcourse). And so to be known
I kicked two friends also who play regularily with us and one of our own clan for the same reason, and nobody said I was wrong. The rules we have made for everybody, friend or not, clan member or any player. And I think they are of common sense compared to others on other servers.

Okay, appearently when have different values regarding a bomber. I don't mind to be pilot or gunner, but YOU do. I like firing the missle as much as piloting the bomber (if the pilot is a teamplayer), I would have let you be the pilot if I had know you care.
I fact, when you jumped in front of my jet, I strongly suspected that you were not happy as gunner, since I noticed you jumped in and out again.
But when rolling over your body it was already too late ... and I did not notice an ingame rule like "bombbaa always prefers to be the pilot"

Mate I didn't mind for this incident. And I wanted to explain my reasons becouse you took the effort( even just for offensing me ) to write and ask for the reason. I know from the way you played that you are used to server rules, and I know that you realized why I kicked you. Even so it is easier to get back on the server and ask without cursing why you have been kicked, than creating such a poetry on the clan's forum.
